There were rail service delays in both directions throughout Kildare this morning after a car hit a bridge near Kildare town station.
According to Irish Rail, engineers are onsite inspecting the bridge, and all services were suspended for a time.
They have since resumed, but there are warnings of ongoing delays this morning.
