A €981,000, five home residential development has been planned for Calverstown, Kilcullen, Co Kildare.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), Meadow Properties Limited has applied to Kildare County Council for planning permission for the proposed development.

The application number is 2660298, and is with respect to a site addressed at Calverstown, Kilcullen R56YY24, Co Kildare.

CIS is currently monitoring the local planning authority for a decision.

The scheme comprises of:

  • The construction of four x two-storey three-bedroom detached houses, and;

  • The construction of an extension to the south of the existing house, including new internal road network, footpath, infrastructure, wastewater treatment systems for the existing houses and proposed houses and all associated site works and services.

The architect for the proposed development is Furey Consulting Engineers Limited.

The total site are is 0.38ha.
