If you are based in County Kildare and are looking for an outing for your mother ahead of Mother's Day 2026, you may want to consider attending this event.
A Mother's Day dance is due to take place this weekend in Newbridge, in aid of Newbridge Cancer Support Group.
According to the organisers, there will be music provided by the band Reunion, who will play hit songs from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.

One member of Reunion, Pud Barrett, asserted that "a great night is guaranteed".
"[We are] looking forward to your support," he added.
The entrance fee for this event is €10 and attendees must pay at the door.
The dance will take place inside Ryston Social Club on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
It will begin at 9pm and conclude at 11.30pm.
