A €1.5m planning application has been lodged with Kildare County Council for the construction of three detached homes in Monasterevin.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), planning application number 2660207 has been submitted to the local authority for consideration.

The application is with respect to an address at Clogheen Bridge, Clogheen, Monasterevin W34 KF53, Co Kildare.

The scheme comprises the proposed construction of three detached two-storey houses and attic conversion.

Also included in the plans is connection to public foul sewer with pumping station, recessed entrance and all associated site works.

The architect for the project is Whyte Planning Consultants Limited.

The total site area is 0.462ha.
