Woman was 'bitten on the nose by another female' - Kildare court claim

Naas Courthouse

A woman allegedly bit another on the nose.

This was the claim made at Naas District Court where a 29 year old from west Wicklow is facing an assault allegation at an address in Oakglade, Naas, on April 6, 2025.

Sgt Dave Hanrahan said it will be alleged that they were out together on that date and went back to a house.

He said it will be alleged the 29 year old grabbed the injured party by the head and bit her nose.

However, defending solicitor Tim Kennelly said the defendant “completely denies this” and  her narrative is the “polar opposite”  of how the case was outlined by the prosecution. He criticised the behaviour of the "alleged injured party.”
