Gardai are investigating the theft from a car in Kilcock, which occurred between 11.30pm on February 21 and 1am on February 22.

The incident was highlighted on Kfm's Crime Watch slot this week, with details given to host Hannah Kelly by Gda Brian Carroll of Newbridge Garda Station.

The incident occurred in the Paddocks estate, when two cars were interfered with which were parked outside a residential premises.

One of the vehicles had the door pried open with the vehicle rummaged through. Nothing was taken, however a set of PGM golf clubs were stolen from the boot of the second vehicle.

Gardai are appealing to members of the public who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the Paddocks estate in Kilcock on February 21 to contact gardai.
