Planning permission has been granted for a €759k residential development in Athy, Kildare.

The development is with respect to an address at 12 & 13 Pairc Bhride, Athy, R14 PX25, Co Kildare.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), a planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on 10/9/2024 to construct four three-bed townhouse style dwellings at the site.

CIS notes that on February 20, An Coimisiún Pleanála has approved planning permission following an appeal being lodged (application number 2460893.)

Plans also included connections to public services including foul water sewer, surface water sewer and watermains, together with all associate site works.

As part of the development, it was proposed to replace two existing trees located in the grass margin fronting the side.
