Kildare's Billy Bohan has been named to start for Friday night’s clash against England ‘A’ at Thomond Park by Ireland 'A' Head Coach Cullie Tucker. Kick-off for the game is at 7:15pm and it will be broadcast live on Premier Sports.

The Newbridge College graduate and Connacht Academy player was been called up to the wider Ireland squad for the Guinness Six Nations after Jack Boyle was ruled out due to injury. Boyle sustained a leg injury during Leinster’s derby win in Galway meaning the uncapped prop joined the training camp in Quinta do Lago.

Bohan featured for Ireland in last season’s U20 Six Nations Championship and World Rugby U20 Championship.
