Carbury GAA has officially launched its centenary book marking 100 years of Gaelic games and community spirit in Carbury.
The book was officially launched by Club President, Aidan Crinnigan, on Saturday, January 31 at Carbury GAA Clubhouse.
RTE's Marty Morrissey acted as MC on what was a truly memorable evening for the Kildare club.

Titled Ceiliúradh Céad Bliain – Celebrating 100 Years of Carbury GAA — this beautifully produced hardback publication offers a vibrant and comprehensive journey through more than a century of football and club life in the parish.

The book captures the heart and soul of Carbury GAA. It chronicles the club's achievements on the playing fields, the development of its playing facilities over the years, and how the club's underage, Ladies Football and Camogie sections have blossomed in recent times.

It also features memorable snippets and stories from past decades. It reflects on the club’s centenary celebrations, profiles Carbury players who competed in All-Ireland competitions, includes interviews with captains of county final-winning teams, and profiles the 2025 senior team captains and management.

This commemorative publication, €35, is designed as a lasting keepsake and a must-have collector’s item for Carbury supporters and GAA enthusiasts both home and abroad.
