Traffic calming measures are needed for Kilteel village, near Naas.

Cllr Fintan Brett told a Naas Municipal District meeting that areas like Kilteel which are close to the N7 experience difficulties associated with speeding drivers. He said the problem is acute at the junction near the Kilteel Inn.

Kildare County Council said it will consider the request this year, provided money is available.
