Plans to be lodged for three new County Kildare Padel tennis courts

Project involving Newbridge Town FC and Padel Sports 100

Impression of what the new facility would look like

Newbridge Town FC has teamed up with Padel100 to launch three brand-new padel courts at its Station Road grounds.

Padel Sports 100 is due to lodge planning permission with Kildare County Council for three modular portable courts complete with artificial grass, including lighting and fencing.

If granted, the state-of-the-art facility will run daily from morning to late evening, giving the community access to one of the world’s fastest-growing sports. According to the club, this project marks another step in the club’s growth and its commitment to providing top-class facilities in Kildare.

It is hoped to install the courts alongside each other. The plan is to cover them in the winter.
