A planning application has been lodged for a site in Osberstown, Naas, Co Kildare

€2.9m residential development planned for this Kildare region

Plans for a 15 unit, €2.9m residential development in Naas have been lodged with Kildare County Council.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), application number 2660068 was lodged with the local authority on January 26 2026 with respect to a site addressed at Oldbridge Station and Station Way, Osberstown, Naas W91 X22V, Co Kildare.

The proposed scheme comprises a residential development consisting of 15 units in total.

The proposed development comprises of:

  • 1 3-storey block accommodating 14 units as follows: 7 2-bed ground floor apartments with 7 3-bed duplex units at 1st and 2nd floors;

  • 1 two-storey detached house to side of existing house;

Also included in the proposal is access off Oldbridge Station, car parking, connection to mains sewers, landscaping, boundary treatments, bin storage, bike storage and all associated site development works.

CIS is currently monitoring the Local Planning Authority for a decision.

Marbo Consultants Limited is the architect for the proposed development.
