There has been a call for a loading bay in this Kildare village

It would 'alleviate congestion at peak times'

A loading bay has been requested for Johnstownbridge.

Cllr Daragh Fitzpatrick asked Kildare County Council to provide one at the T-Junction “in the middle of Johnstownbridge” to alleviate traffic congestion at peak times.

KCC said an engineer will arrange an on site meeting with Cllr Fitzpatrick  “to see what is possible at this location.”
