A planning application has been lodged with Kildare County Council for the construction of four new apartment units in Newbridge.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), planning application number 2561344 has been submitted for consideration (on November 28 2025), with respect to a site at 14 Eyre Street, Newbridge, Co Kildare.
The architect for the proposed development – estimated to cost €477k - is James Fagan & Associates.
The scheme comprises demolition of an existing large storage shed and the construction of a two storey apartment block containing four one-bedroom apartments, car parking, and all associated site works.
The total site area for the development is 0.05ha.
