A €1.9m planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for the construction of four homes in Dunfierth, Enfield, Kildare/Meath.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), application number 2561314 was made on November 21 2025.
The proposal is for:
The erection of four single-storey type houses to form a family cluster.
Four garage / stores for domestic use to serve each house.
The installation of four waste water treatment systems with polishing filter percolation areas to serve each house.
The extension of the existing access driveway and new vehicular entrance to serve each house.
All associated site works.
The architect for the project is Cross Chartered Building Surveyor and the total site area is 1.6ha.
