Music director Lisa Nagle from Newbridge has been the musical director of the gospel choir since the start of 2012.

"Thankfully they chose me after I interviewed for the role...there was a group of 15 back then and now we have a group of just over 90...

"It's an absolute joy....now I run a very tough rehearsal but the vibe when everyone comes in the door is that you can leave everything that's happening in your life and come and just sing and be part of a group.

"My favourite thing about running this choir is watching what happens when something comes together.... so each section sit and learn their own parts at home and they come in and we pull them apart like tonight...and when the sounds come together everybody gets such a buzz."
