Access to the development would be provided for vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists from several points along the existing Riverside Crescent estate road to the east of the site.
The proposal includes 2,347 square metres of public open space, 115 car parking spaces, and 126 bicycle spaces.
Bin store areas will be located throughout the estate.
Infrastructure works will involve internal roads and footpaths, ESB substations or switch rooms, public lighting, site drainage, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, and other ancillary services both above and below ground.
If approved, the development is expected to represent a significant addition to housing supply in the growing Kilcullen area.
