Kildare County Council’s Local Enterprise Office, in collaboration with County Kildare Chamber and Network Ireland Kildare Branch, has announced the launch of National Women’s Enterprise Day 2025 – Styled for Success. The event celebrates Kildare’s trailblazing women in fashion through a vibrant showcase of creativity, entrepreneurship, and style.
The event will take place at The Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge on Thursday, 16 October 16. It will spotlight the innovation and talent of Kildare’s female-led fashion and textile brands through a dynamic pop-up boutique and fashion runway experience.
From emerging Kildare-based designers to established brands and makers, Styled for Success celebrates the synergy between fashion and enterprise.
Jacqui McNabb, Head of Enterprise, Economic Development and Tourism, Kildare County Council remarks on the importance of this event: “National Women’s Enterprise Day is a vital opportunity to celebrate the creativity, resilience, and impact of women-led businesses across our county. Kildare County Council’s Local Enterprise Office is proud to support female entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey—from idea to scale—and NWED allows us to spotlight their achievements, foster new connections, and inspire the next generation of innovators.”
The day’s schedule, starting at 11.30am includes:
Behind the scenes with models, designers and make up artists and a chance to meet the Local Enterprise Office Team
A pop-up Exhibitor Boutique where local entrepreneurs will showcase and sell their collections in a curated pop-up experience
A fashion show narrated by MC Sonya Lennon
