It's the third highest in the Kildare-Dublin region

19 patients on trolleys in Kildare's main hospital

There were 19 patients treated on trolleys at Naas Hospital today.

This was the was the third most overcrowded facility in the eastern region and the most overcrowded was St James's Hospital where 22 people were on trolleys.

There were no patients on trolleys at Tullamore Hospital and the figure for Portlaoise was nine.
