Kildare native and Marie Kondo expert Aidan Gately is returning to screens this September as part of RTE's Home Rescue team.
Aidan, who lived in Leixlip till he was nine and then moved to Clane, is Ireland's first and only male Marie Kondo expert.
He advises people and families around the country on decluttering their homes and how a clean space can result in a clear mind.
The first episode of the new series of Home Rescue airs on Thursday, September 4 on RTÉ 2 and runs until October 16.
A family from Athy also features in Episode three on September 25, where a mother-of-three struggles to maintain her family home, now overrun with emotional clutter and disrepair. Aidan joins interior designer Deirdre Coleman and builder Peter Finn to create fresh, functional spaces and transform the family home.
This year Home Rescue focuses on helping families across Ireland who are in difficult circumstances whether it's people coping with cancer or sight loss, managing a home as a single parent, people grieving a loss, families with children with special needs, or a family coping with a small apartment.
