A yoga and storytelling event is set to take place on an organic farm located in County Kildare.
'ROOTS — Evening Retreat' will feature Network Ireland Kildare Branch Businesswoman of the Year finalist Tara Thompson of The Quest Yoga.
It follows after Tara announced a fundraiser in Newbridge for Women's Aid earlier this week.
As part of the upcoming farm event, she will join Jane Gormley, Owner of CRAICLY Stories, for an evening which aims to blend forest meditation, Yoga, and tales.
According to the organisers, the experience will begin with a grounding meditation session in a private forest located on a 200-acre organic farm in Allenwood.

Guests will then move to a straw-bale yoga studio for a gentle yoga session, followed by Yoga Nidra, also known as "sleep yoga".
As the evening unfolds, food will be served, leading seamlessly into a storytelling session hosted by Jane.
Recently featured on Oliver Callan’s RTÉ Morning show, Jane’s storytelling "weaves humour, heart, and heritage into unforgettable narratives".
Tickets are limited and are available at www.thequestyoga.com.
