Gardai in Kilcullen are investigating an attempted break-in at Boyle Sports in Kilcullen, Co Kildare.
The incident was detailed by Gda Brian Carroll, who appeared on a KFM radio show on Wednesday, July 27 last.
According to Gda Carroll, the incident occurred between midnight on July 17 and 9am on July 18 2025.

A glass pane was damaged by the would-be thieves, and a lock was interfered with.
The offenders were unable to gain entry to the store, with gardai currently canvassing the area for CCTV footage.
Gardai are appealing to members of the public for any information relating to this incident, or if they saw anyone acting suspiciously in the Kilcullen area on the night/morning of July 17/18.
