A mental health programme aimed at men will be coming soon to one County Kildare town.
HEADSUP Kildare, in collaboration with County Kildare Leader Partnership, Kildare County Council and the Health Service Executive, will be hosting a "12-week evidence-based programme" to assist men with their mental health.
According to the organisers: "If you are over 18, want to learn to build your mental fitness, boost your confidence and take action to get back on track, then HEADSUP Kildare is the programme for you!"
They also listed a number of benefits which they assert that participants will experience during their time in the programme:
However, the organisers also noted that those who are interested in joining should book early, as places are limited.
The programme will be held in Slip Hall, Celbridge, in early September.
