GALLERY: Good news as green light given for 60 new homes in this Kildare town

The homes are being built in Oldtown, Celbridge

Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 61 residential units in Celbridge, Co Kildare. 

The homes in Oldtown, Celbridge will comprise a mix of one-bedroom duplex apartment units, two-bedroom houses

and three-bedroom houses.

Also in the plans is a creche.

The estimated construction value of the project is €10m.

Other features include including vehicular access, drainage, services, footpaths, cycle path, lighting, landscaping and amenity areas, bicycle and car parking.

The existing entrance into the Oldtown Woods Estate from Oldtown Road is to be removed and a new entrance from Oldtown Road will be provided.
