Former boyfriend claims woman owes him €200,000, Kildare court told

A woman told Naas District Court that her ex-partner claims she owes him €200,000.

The claim was made by her at a family law hearing.

The woman disputes this and she said he had become very aggressive.

The woman said she believes he is bipolar and has psychological issues.

She said he is making demands for the money and she lives with a parent.

The woman also claimed that he had recently appeared at her front door.

Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the matter to November 24. The man was not present or represented.
