A total of 24 new dwellings have been proposed for one region located in County Kildare.
A planning permission application which is current with Kildare County Council (KCC) shows that Masonbrook Holdings Limited intends to construct the residential development in the Fern's Bridge region of Monasterevin.
The description of the application notes that the 24 dwellings would be comprised of 14 two and three-bed terraced houses, along with 10 one-bed apartments and three-bed duplex units in one three-storey block.
Masonbrook Holdings Ltd is also seeking permission from KCC for vehicular access to the development, "which will be from Ferns Avenue to the north, which is located off R414 Oldgrange Road to the east and internal roads in the overall Ferns Bridge development".
In addition, permission is being sought for: all associated site development works; public open spaces; landscaping and boundary treatments; car and bicycle parking; and bin storage.
The company aims to include all of these features "on an overall site area of circa 0.71 hectares", according to the description.
The date received is listed as June 12 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as July 16, 2025 and August 6, 2025.
The business information website SoloCheck.ie lists Masonbrook Holdings Limited as a company which specialises in the "management of real estate on a fee or contract basis".
Established in June of 1994, Masonbrook Holdings Ltd has a registered address listed as Four Corners, Johnstown, Naas, County Kildare (W91 TF85).
