Kildare-based waste management business seeks extension to glass recycling building

The premises is located in Osberstown Industrial Park

A business is seeking an extension to an existing glass recycling building located in County Kildare.

A planning application currently with Kildare County Council shows that Glassco Recycling Limited intends to make the changes to the facility located at Unit 4, Osberstown Industrial Park, Caragh Road in Naas

The description of the application notes that the document "relates to a proposed development which is for the purposes of an activity covered by waste licence WO279-01 issued by the Environmental Protection Agency".

It also notes that the building measures at 12 metres in height.

The date received is listed as June 6 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as July 10, 2025 and July 31, 2025 respectively.

According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Glassco Recycling Ltd was established in December of 2002.

Glassco Recycling Ltd's address is registered as the aforementioned unit located in Osberstown Industrial Park.
