Get ready for a spectacular week-long celebration in Kildare town with something for everyone!

The Kildare Derby Festival is back and will run from June 22 to 29. From thrilling horse racing and show-stopping live music to family-friendly fun, street performers, local food delights, and a mix of free and ticketed events — it’s a festival you won’t want to miss.

Pictured at the festival launch at St. Brigid’s Cathedral, Kildare town were: The majestic Irish wolfhounds Oisín and Fiadh with Kevin O’Byrne, retired racehorse Gibbs with apprentice jockey Neve Bennett, and carnival performer Paddy Goulding — all giving a taste of the colour, charm and character visitors can expect throughout the week-long festival. And of course, a sampling of the delicious food on offer throughout the week!
