Modifications are being sought for a previously permitted Strategic Housing Development (SHD) project which was proposed for North Kildare.

According to a planning permission application currently with Kildare County Council, Seattle Construction Limited is seeking to make the changes to the "permitted SHD permission (ABP-307100) by way of a planning application for a Large-Scale Residential Development permission on a site of circa 12.68 hectares located on lands at Kilwoghan Woods, in the Townland of Crodaun, Celbridge".

The proposed minor modifications to the SHD would consist of: the change of permitted House Type A to House Type H (12 units); the change of permitted House Type A1 to House Type H1 (two units); the change of permitted House Type A2 to House Type H2 (two units); and the change of permitted House Type B2 B3 to House Type F.a and F.b (four units).

Permission is also being sought by the applicant for all associated site development works.

The date received on the application is listed as May 22 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as June 25, 2025 and July 16, 2025 respectively.

The business information website vision-net.ie shows that Seattle Construction Ltd was established in November of 1998.

It has a registered address listed as Ardee House, River Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, County Dublin.
