19 new homes planned for Kilcock, Kildare

Planning permission has been sought for 19 residential homes at Church St, Kilcock, Co Kildare.

A planning application was submitted by Mulberry Properties Limited to Kildare County Council on 22/05/2025 for the €4.2m project, according to Construction Information Services (CIS.)

The proposed plans consist of a residential development of 19 dwellings comprising:- four three-storey, four-bedroom end-of-terrace houses; nine two-storey, three-bedroom mid-terrace houses; two two-storey, three-bedroom end-of-terrace houses; and two maisonette units containing two one-bedroom dwellings in each.

The plans also include new vehicular and pedestrian entrance from Church St; new ramped pedestrian connection to the Royal Canal Greenway to the south of the site; nine additional car parking spaces; and covered short-term bicycle parking area for 10 bicycles.

Also included are site landscaping including all boundary works & walls, site services & drainage.

The architect in charge of the project is Daly and Carroll Architecture.
