It’s a big weekend for Kildare GAA, with the county’s hurlers and footballers set to feature in streamed championship games.
First up, the Kildare hurlers will host Westmeath in Round 2 of the Joe McDonagh Cup on Saturday afternoon. That game throws in at 4.30pm in Newbridge and will be streamed live on Clubber.
Then on Sunday, the spotlight turns to the footballers as they take on Louth in the Leinster Senior Football Championship semi-final. That clash takes place at Glenisk O’Connor Park in Tullamore at 2pm and will be streamed live on GAA+.
Elsewhere, Saturday’s action includes Dublin v Wexford in the Leinster hurling championship (4.30pm, GAA+), and Armagh v Tyrone in the Ulster football semi-final from Clones (4.45pm, GAA+).
On Sunday, RTÉ2 will carry a Munster hurling double-header with Waterford v Clare (2pm) and Cork v Tipperary (4pm). Dublin face Meath in the second Leinster football semi-final (4pm, GAA+), while BBC Two NI will broadcast Down v Donegal live from Clones at 3pm.
