A €1.3m housing development has been planned for Clane, Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services, the proposed development, by New Leinster Property Development Limited, consists of five one-and-a-half storey detached houses at Capdoo Commons, Capdoo, Clane, Kildare.
A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on 15/04/2025 by for the project, which includes the provision of a vehicular entrance off Capdoo Lane to service the proposed entrance.
It also includes the construction of walls to the north, south and east boundaries, as well as the construction of a type Z sewage pumping station.
All ancillary ground works associated with the proposed development are also included, revised by significant further information consisting of : (a) amended site boundaries, (b) amended plans.
