In a heartwarming finale to her 2024 presidency, Anita Meenehan of Network Ireland Kildare Branch proudly presented a cheque for €22,000 to Saplings Special School in Kill recently.

The funds were raised at the Branch’s annual Charity Lunch last November and will go directly towards supporting Saplings’ essential work with children on the autism spectrum. The cheque was accepted by Principal Alan Brennan.

“This moment truly captures what our Network is all about - giving back to the community,” said Anita. “We are incredibly proud to support the incredible work being done at Saplings.”

The presentation was attended by National Network Ireland President Amy O’Sullivan, as well as past and present committee members whose efforts helped make the event -  and the donation - possible.

Network Ireland Kildare extends heartfelt thanks to all who attended, donated, and contributed to the success of the charity lunch. Your generosity is making a real difference in our community.
