Desmond Cody

The death has occurred of Desmond CODY, Clane, Kildare.

CODY, Desmond Robert, (Clane, Co. Kildare and formerly Abbeyshrule, Co. Longford, and Cromlyn, Co. Westmeath)

April 4 2025, peacefully, in his 89th year, after a short illness.

Deeply missed by his loving wife Betty, his daughters Eleanor, Susan and Bevin, his sons-in-law Jorge, Michael and Duncan and his grandchildren Tim, Xanath, Citlali, Millie, James, Elizabeth and John.

Brother of the late Eileen (McBain).

Reposing at St. Peter’s Church, Donadea, Co. Kildare (W91 VK59) on Tuesday, (April 8) from 4pm to 6pm, with prayers at 5.30pm.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Desmond’s life will be held on Wednesday, (April 9) at 11am (in St. Peter's) followed by burial at St. Michael and All Angels graveyard, Millicent, Co. Kildare, (W91 NH27).

House Private. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.

Frances Fleming

The death has occurred of Frances Fleming, Clonmoyle, Rathangan, Kildare, R51 V580 / Monasterevin, Kildare / Tralee, Kerry . Of Clonmoyle, Rathangan/ St. Joseph's, Moore Abbey, Monasterevin. Formerly of Tralee, Co. Kerry.

Frances passed away peacefully aged 81 surrounded by her Muiríosa Foundation family at Clonmoyle, Rathangan.

Daughter of the Late Michael and Frances Fleming, and sister of the Late Dervil, John, Anne, and Sr. Marie Dolorosa.

Mourned by her many nieces, nephews, the Fleming and Townsend families and her extended family in Kerry and beyond.

Also will be sadly missed by her housemates Mary and Sinéad and the many staff who cared and worked alongside Frances for over 60 years in the Muiríosa Foundation.

Frances will be reposing at her home in Clonmoyle (R51 V580) on Monday April 7 from 2pm- 6pm with Rosary Recital at 6pm.
Funeral Mass will take place at 11am on Tuesday April 8 2025 in the Convent Chapel, Moore Abbey, Monasterevin followed by burial to St. Evins Cemetery, Monasterevin.

The death has occurred of Anna O'Toole, Timolin, Ballitore, Kildare.

Predeceased by her husband Johnny,brother Leo.

Sadly missed by her son Patrick and Amanda, grandson Jake,her brothers Anthony and Joey, sisters-in-law Lily, Kate and Ger, niece Brigid, Tom and all the Kelly Family extended family ,relatives and friends.

Loving husband of Kay and devoted father of Annette, Siobhan, Elaine, John, Deirdre, Liam, Roisin, and Noel.

Will be dearly missed by his family, sons in law, daughters in law, nineteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, extended family, neighbours, relatives, and friends. Predeceased by his daughter Caroline.

Predeceased by his daughter Cora. Larry, beloved husband of Ann and dear father of Lar, Lisa and Mark.

The death has occurred of Pauline LOVE (née Kennedy) ,Leixlip, Kildare / Dublin 7, Dublin.

LOVE (née Kennedy) (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Thor Place, Dublin 7) April 3rd 2025 peacefully in the loving care of the staff at both Ryevale Nursing Home and Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Pauline, beloved wife of the late Charlie, dear mother of Janice, loving nan of Luke and Ethan and sister of Ros, Nuala, Anne, Deirdre and the late Paddy and Sean.

Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law James, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The death has occurred of Sr. Anne (Annie) Tunstan, Newbridge, Kildare / Kilkenny City, Kilkenny.

Tunstan, Sr. Anne (Annie), Holy Family Convent, Newbridge, Co. Kildare and formerly of Kilkenny City. April 2 2025.

Deeply regretted by her sister, Carmel, her nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews and great grandnieces and nephews as well as her extended family, the community and staff at Holy Family Convent, all Holy Family members and her many friends.
