Morning incident sees cash and items stolen from vehicle in Kildare. File photograph
Cash and items were stolen from a vehicle which was parked in Newbridge.
The Leinster Leader enquired about the incident with An Garda Síochána (AGS) and received the following response from a spokesperson for AGS: "Gardaí are investigating an incident of theft from a vehicle that occurred on March 27, 2025 at approximately 9am in Newbridge, County Kildare.
"A sum of cash and a number of items were taken.
"No arrests have been made at this time."
The spokesperson added that investigations by AGS are ongoing at present.
