Siblings of man's ex-partner threatened 'to smash his face', Kildare court hears

A man told Naas District Court that siblings of his ex-partner threatened to “smash my face.”

The man came before a family law seeking court protection.

His ex partner was not present or represented.

The man also claimed that his ex partner contacted his girlfriend, her mother and his ex wife.

He alleged that she is denying him access to his child. He further claimed he had been threatened by her.

He told Judge Desmond Zaidan that they broke up a couple of years ago.

Judge Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the case to November 10.
