Naas Courthouse
A man allegedly poured water over his wife on a number of occasions, including once when she was in bed.
The woman came to Naas District Court seeking protection under family law legislation.

She told Naas District court she does not feel safe and she described his behaviour as “threatening and volatile”
The man was not present or represented.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted her an interim protection order and adjourned the matter to November 10. Both parties will be invited to attend court on that date.
