Planning permission has been granted for the €669,000 extension of a guesthouse in Johnstown, Kildare.
Westown Lodge is located at Toberton.
In the designs is the refurbishment and first floor extension of an existing two storey derelict agricultural outbuilding.
The proposed building will provide two holiday letting units, made up of one two-bedroom two storey unit and one three-bedroom two storey unit.
The development will also include a new waste water treatment system and alterations to the existing entrance.
