Application lodged for construction of three townhouses in Kildare

A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for the construction of three townhouses in Athy, Co Kildare.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the proposed development at McDonnell Drive, Townspark, Athy Co Kildare, consists of the construction of three two-storey three-bedroom townhouses.

Also included in the plans are bin and bicycle stores, connections to public services including foul water sewer, surface water sewer and water mains.

New boundary treatments, construction of new vehicular entrances and all ancillary services and associated site works also form part of the development works.

The proposed development is costed at €742k, and the architect for the project is JP Grufferty.
