KILDARE: Woman claims she was harassed at Electric Picnic

A man boxed his ex-partner in the arm and kept trying to trip her up at the Electric Picnic music festival.

The woman made the claim at a family law hearing in Naas District Court.

She further claimed that the man, who was not present or represented, had threatened her and was behaving aggressively in September.

She said her shoe was damaged because he was trying to trip her.

She said he is very controlling in relation to where she goes or if she wants to meet friends.

Granting an interim protection order, Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the case for a fuller hearing to September 8.
