Naas General Hospital asks people to avoid Emergency Department unless necessary
In addition to this, an Injury Unit can treat a wide range of injuries such as broken bones, dislocations, sprains and strains, minor burns and scalds. All units have access to x-ray and basic diagnostic services. If you'd like more information on these units, you can visit www.hse.ie/injuryunits.
The Naas Hospital Injury Unit is open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 8pm. Services here are available to anyone aged 16 and over.
People who are seriously ill, injured or whose life is at risk are still advised to be treated at the hospital's Emergency Department.
