Leisure centre in Kildare to host Pride-themed event

Attendees are encouraged to wear Pride colours

A leisure centre in County Kildare is preparing to host an LGBTQ+ Pride-themed event.

K Leisure, which is situated on Station Road in Newbridge, will host the morning of exercise, which will coincide with Pride 2026 celebrations.

It will kick off at 6.15am with a Pride-themed HIIT session.

Then, at 7am, the centre will host a Pride-themed spin class.

The event will then conclude at 10am with a Pride-themed BLT session, complete with a ‘diva playlist’.

Attendees are encouraged to wear Pride colours, which are the same as the colours of the rainbow, during the event.

However, this is not essential.

K Leisure’s Pride event will take place on Friday, June 26, 2026.
