The death has occurred of Margaret (Peg) Moloney (née Walsh), Clonmullion, Athy. She passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Naas Hospital on Wednesday 28 December. Predeceased by her husband Dom, siblings Tom, Thomas, Joseph, Brid, Maureen and Kathleen. She will be sadly missed by her loving children Julie, Richard, Sarah and Thomas, her grandchildren Lauren, Hope, Richard, Séan and Caitlín, great grandchild Adam, sons-in-law David and Cormac, daughter-in-law Niamh, brother Dom, sister Ann, nieces and nephews, relatives, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Peg will repose at her home on Saturday 31 December and Sunday 1 January, from 4pm until conclusion of prayers at 8pm each evening. Removal on Monday morning 2nd January at 11.40am to arrive at St. Michael’s Parish Church for 12 noon Requiem Mass. The Funeral Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed by clicking on the following link Athy Parish Webcam. Burial afterwards in St. Michael’s (New) Cemetery.
