13 detached dwellings proposed for site near Naas, County Kildare

Documents lodged with Kildare County Council (KCC) show that 13 new detached dwellings have been proposed near Naas.

Chapel Hill Developments Limited is seeking consent from KCC to construct the dwellings at Two Mile House.

The proposed dwellings will consist of nine four-bedroom, storey and a half dwelling houses, with a single storey extension to the side, in addition to four three-bedroom storey and a half dwelling houses.

A new site entrance and all associated site works is also mentioned in the application.

The following note was also included in the documents: "The development will be revised by Significant Further Information, which consists of a revised site layout and access arrangements, revisions to the proposed house types to incorporate an increase in the overall housing mix to provide four three-bedroom storey and a half dwellings, three four-bedroom storey and a half dwellings and six five-bed storey and a half dwellings (total 13 storey and half dwellings)."

The date received is listed as November 22 last, while the due date is listed as January 25, 2023.

The submission-by date is listed as null.

According to the website SoloCheck.ie, Chapel Hill Developments Ltd was set up earlier this year in March.

It has a current address listed as Century House, Harold's Cross Road, Dublin 6W.
