Why do some properties sell better than others? What are the trade secrets to getting the best price for your home without spending a fortune doing it up?

To answer your questions, Celbridge estate agent Lorraine Mulligan and her team are hosting a Home Staging Tips Talk in aid of Pieta House on Monday, May 13 in the Celbridge Manor Hotel, starting at 7.45 pm.

The Home Staging Tips Talk will be packed full of budget-friendly tips, hints and trade secrets invaluable to anyone thinking of selling their property now or in the future.

Find out why decluttering can make the difference between sale agreed and languishing on the market for months, why do warm houses sell better than cold, why scented candles are not a good idea and many more “gold” nuggets of information.

Lorraine Mulligan said: “For many people, the home they own is their greatest asset. Yet, often it’s the simplest things that see some properties get more viewings and offers than others, even if they are in the same estate or located side by side.”

Lorraine and her team will be putting their years of expertise to good use in raising much-needed funds for a very deserving charity.

“It’ll be a fun, information-packed evening in aid of a charity that is very close to our hearts. Pieta House offers a vital service to our local community, and we’re delighted to be able to support it in this way," she said.

The talk is open to everyone and all those attending will be asked to make a €10 donation towards Pieta House. Team Lorraine Mulligan will also be providing refreshments on the night.
