Public and private transport operators are yet to decide when bus and rail services will resume across County Kildare.
Dublin Coach, which runs the 'Green Bus' services through Monasterevin, Kildare, Newbridge and Naas, as well as motorway services which stop in Kildare town, pulled all buses in the county yesterday.
Today, the company indicated in an online statement that it would not run services today, Friday, March 2. The company said it is hopeful that services will resume on Saturday.
In a statement on Friday evening, it said services have been suspended until at least Saturday midday, due to the extension of the Red Weather Alert.

Bus Eireann likewise cancelled all services on its network today.
In a statement this lunchtime, the company said that it anticipated being able to resume a level of services to some parts of the country on Saturday morning, depending on local road conditions.
However, it warned that there will not be any kind of full service schedule on Saturday due to difficult and dangerous conditions in many parts of the country. It will provide service updates on Saturday morning via the media and its social media platforms.
Irish Rail says its services are expected to resume on Saturday morning at 9am, subject to overnight route inspections. The company warned that rail users should expect some alterations and delays, and asked them to check its website for full details before embarking on their journeys.
