BREAKING: Teenager arrested over fatal Offaly stabbing released
Gardaí investigating the fatal stabbing of a 56-year-old Italian native at a house in Ballyfore on Sunday night have released the 17-year-old juvenile arrested at the scene.
The young man has been questioned and has been helping gardaí with their inquiries.
A file on the matter is now being prepared for the DPP.
The young man was arrested after 56-year-old Bruno Rolandi died from suspected stab wounds on the Green Road.
The man was found dead at the house after emergency services responded to a 999 call at around 7.50pm on Sunday evening last.
