The Arthritis Ireland Kildare Branch will be holding its AGM and Talk on Footcare at the Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge tomorrow, Saturday, November 18 at 10.30am.
Guest speakers will be Bernadette Hickey and Edwina Hanley, who are both chiropodists. All welcome. Admission is free.
The branch also thanked mass-goers who gave so generously at church collections in late September.
All of the money will be spent on activities and programmes in Kildare.
The breakdown was as follows: Allenwood Allen & Milltown €286.10, Caragh €295.40, Celbridge €760, Clane €531, Crookstown €118.01, Curragh €753.10, Derrinturn €465, Kilcullen and Gormanstown €250, Kildare €720, Kill €474.77, Kilmeade €160, Ladychapel (Maynooth) €176, Maynooth €859,Naas €1271.45, Rathangan €536.30, Sallins €302.14, Suncroft €202, and Two Mile House €151.97.
