Kildare's broadband is faster than you might think
Think your connection speeds are slow? Well, it could be a lot worse.
a new survey suggests that Co Kildare has the third fastest broadband in the country.
Data that was collected by Switcher.ie shows that broadband speeds vary greatly around Ireland.
Dublin, predictably, has the fastest average speed. Waterford is the next quickest and then in third place is Kildare with an average speed of 27.36 Mbps - try telling that to the residents of the rural areas of the county.
Neighbouring counties Meath and Laois are also in the top 10.
