Red Bird Collective Workshop at the Riverbank Arts Centre

Racing at the Curragh
The Curragh stages a top class race day this Sunday, September 25. The competitive seven-race programme features the Juddmonte Beresford Stakes, CL & MF Weld Park Stakes and Manguard Plus Amateur Riders Derby, while the day also celebrates the achievements in 2016 of members of the Irish Pony Club including a performance of their spectacular Musical Ride and the Jockey Skills Exhibition Race.
Annual KWWSPCA Wag & Bone Day
KWWSPCA will host its 14th Annual Wag & Bone Day at Punchestown thisSunday 25 September, from 1.30 – 5pm. The show takes place in and around the Parade Ring and every type and breed of dog is welcome. The KWWSPCA’s two Charity Shops, will have stalls, along with a Teddy Adoption stall and a Memory Tree and there will also be stalls selling cakes, pet products and much more. Stonebrook Pet Farm will be there; also face painting, a lucky dip and a raffle.
Vintage Threshing and Field Day in Rathangan
Rathangan and Clonbullogue Church of Ireland Parish are holding their 10th Annual Vintage Threshing and Field Day on this Sunday 25th September. The day will start off with a parade of Vintage and Classic Cars from the Chapel yard to Burrell's field on the Bracknagh road at 1pm. The event is a wonderful family day with side shows, music and games, dog show, dog trails, teas and produce stalls and much more. This year as part of their ongoing fundraising for Motor Neuron Disease, they will auction two Manchester United v Liverpool Match tickets. Admission is €5, children free and free car parking.
